Ferrari is an Italian automotive manufacturer in the Formula One World Championship, also involved in high-end and high-performance racing cars, supercars, and luxury sports cars. The company was founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1939 out of Alfa Romeo's race division as Auto Avio Costruzioni, the company built its first car in 1940. However, the company's inception as an auto manufacturer is usually recognized in 1947, when the first Ferrari-badged car was completed. The famous logo of the Ferrari racing team is a black prancing horse and a yellow army of coats, usually with the inscription S F that means Scuderia Ferrari. The logo is crowned with green, white, and red stripes, which symbolize Italian national colors. The Prancing Horse is used as part of Ferrari and Scuderia Ferrari logos, on Tifosi's flags and as a Ferrari symbol. The hopping horse reflects the power and nowadays fans of the company instantly feel sports and speed vehicles when they consider the Enzo Ferrari logo.
